Students from across the nation come to the college for two weeks in the summer to learn about the research process with an A&T faculty member as mentor.

Twenty high school students from around the nation came to the College of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences to see research being conducted and participate in a research project this summer and left having done both – and even had the experience of participating in a research poster presentation in which they revealed their research.

"For more than 25 years, RAP has helped students on their journey to become doctors, scientists and teachers, among other professionals," said Antoine Alston, Ph.D., the associate dean of academic studies in the college. "That success ultimately benefits people throughout the world."
